So God looked down at his creation and said...
I need a person who can get up before dawn and stay up way past dusk...
I need a person who can eat lunch in two minutes while making plans for the next day...
I need a person who has a heart strong enough to love another's child like their own...
So God made a teacher.

I need a person who can plant seeds of wisdom that will bloom in the future...
I need a person who can put aside their needs for a child that is in need...
I need a person who can bring out the best in others....

I need a person who can make an assessment on a dime and quickly modify the moment in order to maximize the learning....
I need a person that can have a plan B, C, D and even a Z depending on the needs of a child...
I need a person who is willing to give up their evenings, weekends, and even summer in order to gain personal development...

I need a person with a warm heart and open arms...
I need a person that has passion...
